Halloween and Day of the Dead Food
Day of the Dead Food – Mexico
Thank God we still have the opportunity to enjoy thousand year old cuisine today! Specifically the Zapotec food that Abigail Mendoza has taken to the world. Abigail has become the best traditional chef and ambassador of the Zapotec cuisine, and I want you to meet her in this Prehispanic Mole video. Because many people might not know that the celebration of the Day of the Dead in Oaxaca, was named “Patrimony of Humanity” by Unesco in 2008.
